Sullivan Farms Fall Party

Our neighborhood had a big Halloween party. They had a Dominos pizza truck, Krispy Kreme Donuts, a band and man that made balloon figures. They even had a hay ride. We had a surprise visitor at the party. A hot air balloon landed in the field behind our pool. Everyone got to go look at it and see the flame up close. Too cool!

Ainsleigh and Cooper eating donuts with orange frosting. Their mouths were orange for hours.

Jackson just hanging out.

Mr. Cheese

Ainsleigh loved the slide. She was acting so silly.

Here is the hot air balloon. Too cool.

Cooper went down the slide a bunch too.

Daddy and Ainsleigh on the hayride.

Mom, Cooper and Jackson on the hayride through the neighborhood.

Field Trip to Gentry's Farm

The Kindergarten classes at Winstead went on a field trip to Gentry's Farm. I was a chaperone for Mrs. Dorsten's class. We had a picnic, ran around the farm, picked pumpkins and went on a hayride! The kids were great and we all had so much fun!

The bus ride to the farm was very exciting. Jackson LOVED it!

Cameron, Landon and Jackson

Look at all of the kindergartner's eating lunch on the farm!

Jackson's class made the pumpkin shirts especially for their field trip to Gentry's Farm. Very cute!

Jackson, Mrs. Dorsten and friends playing "I Spy" on the farm. There was a play farm set up with a list of items that needed to be found.

Coming out of the hay maze. It had two slides and a tunnel.

Looking at the roosters and chickens. Notice all of the kids listened and put their hands behind their backs. I thought it made a very cute picture.

Mrs. Dorsten's class

This was my group of kids for the trip. They were so well behaved.

This baby calf was only 3 hours old when we got to see him.

Jackson is too little to mow the yard!

Even though I protested that Jackson was too little, Taylor let him mow part of the yard. Yes, you read that right....Taylor let someone besides himself mow the yard!!!!!

He is his daddy's child...he wore safety goggles. It is hard to tell in these pictures though.

He loved every minute of it. Of course he knew exactly what to do. He has been watching and mimmicking daddy with his play lawnmower since he was a tiny little boy!

He was really tired and his arms were
about to fall off by the time he was done.

Oh my....spaghetti night!!!!

All three kids love spaghetti, but boy is it messy! The babes usually just eat in their diapers. I already use way too much Krud Kutter as it is!

Ainsleigh has some in her mouth because I pulled her back from the table to take a picture and she found lots of spaghetti on her belly and legs. Yes, that is right, she ate spaghetti from her belly!!!

Cooper's poor pants! He does get more in his mouth than Ainsleigh does however!

Gentry's Farm

We made our annual fall trip to Gentry's farm. They had a corn maize, hayride, games, a pumpkin patch and more. We had beautiful weather without rain if you can believe it.

Taylor and the kids getting ready to find our way out of the corn maize. Ainsleigh kept wanting to stop and look at (or pick up) the corn. She loves corn on the cob!

Once again, she loved playing in the corn. We could have stayed here for hours.

We all had fun playing in the grain bins!

Look how tall Jackson is. He has shot up
over the past couple of months.

Cooper at the top of the slide saying CHEESE.

Ainsleigh and Cooper coming through the tunnel. They had to do this about 5 times before we made them move on to something different.

It is hard to see, but there are several cows in the shadow
of the tree. They told us that about 4 baby calves had
been born just a few days before we were at the farm.

Jackson being silly in the teepee.

Once again, this is about as good as it gets with all three kids in the picture.

Ainsleigh thinks she has found the perfect
"punkin". She wanted to pick up every single one.

Cooper wouldn't walk in the patch at first. But after Ainsleigh kept finding "punkins" he had to get in on the action. He found several that he needed too.

Baseball Pictures

This has been one wet October. I think we have missed more games than we have played. Jackson's team is called The Bee's. Ainsleigh loves to yell "Go Bees Go". She practices ALL THE TIME.

Jackson is getting better with each season. He has gotten several people out and has been hitting the ball well. The last game we played, he won the game ball. He got great hits that night. One flew over the 3rd baseman's head!!! The coach wrote on the ball, "Jackson, you were CRUSHING the ball tonight"! He was so proud!!

Waiting for a ball to come to the outfield.

Warming up...

Look at that form! I think he has found
a sport he really likes to play.

Lining up to give the other team "five".

Making Smores

Daddy built a fire and we got to make smores.
How Yummy! Ainsleigh and Cooper basically just ate
the graham crackers and Jackson just wanted the
roasted marshmallows!

I am not really sure what Jackson is doing. He is like his daddy though...obsessed with fire. He kept asking if he could "stoke the fire".

Cooper thinks if he gets right in Ainsleigh's face that she will share her water!

Sharing some love!

Cooper chasing down the graham crackers. Ainsleigh would eat the entire package if we let her.

The Cozy Coupe

Cooper on the run!

Ainsleigh acting nice....for now!

Here comes Cooper. He thinks it is his turn.

But he is wrong!

He is certainly going to get his way!!
