A visit to Murray, a haircut and the DQ!!!!

Well, I finally broke down and got Ainsleigh and Cooper their first haircut. They were almost 19 months old! Taylor had put Cooper's hair in a ponytail a few times so I figured it was time. I wasn't ready for the "big boy" haircut so he just got a trim. I took him to Rayann in Murray. She started cutting my hair when I was in the 8th grade (I am not counting the number of years). She is so sweet and did a great job even with two screaming kids!

Cooper is thinking "What are they doing to me???"

Now, that isn't so bad. Gary next to us started his hairdryer and Cooper was fixated on it.

Look at that handsome boy!

Ainsleigh thought that if she held out her arms and screamed loud enough, Mimi would save her!

Getting a few bangs cut. She wouldn't keep bows or rubber bands in her hair.

Ainsleigh has beautiful eyes. We couldn't see them before!

The aftermath! Cooper, Kristen,
Ainsleigh and Rayann.

Ainsleigh and Cooper beating up on Jackson.

Ainsleigh thought Mimi needed help up the driveway so she got out to push!

The infamous Dairy Queen. For those that don't know, the owners of this old time DQ, bought the recipe for the ice cream before it was franchised. For those that doubt there is a difference, there is, trust me. It only sells ice cream, blizzards, shakes and chili dogs. And it is only open March 1st through Oct 31st since it only has a couple of benches out front. Trust me, there is a line the first week in March and the last week in Oct.

Cooper's 1st trip to the DQ. He ate his ice cream in a matter of seconds it seemed like!

Ainsleigh loved hers too. She was too worried however about
everyone else's ice cream. She would point and tell us who's it was!

The boys watching the cars and trucks in front of the DQ. Did I mention this was on Main Street? Lots of traffic!

Mimi and Popsy's downstairs is basically a circle and Cooper
and Ainsleigh love it. They were chasing each other around forever.
You can see Ainsleigh in the background rounding the corner.

Here she is!!!

She has learned to say CHEESE!

Cooper is going to be like his big brother. Whenever there is a
camera around, he will be smiling without being asked!

The boys being sweet!!!
