Day 3 - Mayaguez, Puerto Rico

Our port of call is Mayaguez. This is the first time a cruise ship has stopped at this port. The locals did a great job of welcoming us to their island. They had free food, drinks and street vendors set up right off the ship.

The view EARLY in the morning from our balcony.

Jackson getting a view of the other island.

On the first day of the cruise, Jackson filled out a form and requested an apple, orange and banana. So, each night when we come in from dinner, our basket is full of them. He thinks that is so cool.

Learning to play chess from a "New Yorker".

Papa and Sierra watching the boys play chess.

Jackson and Grandma hanging out, listening to music.

The pig roast!

This church was a million degrees, but it was beautiful. Very old and unique.

Look at how big that rope is!

One of Jackson's purchases...a boat in a bottle. Guess who made this picture??

Our animal of the night...an octopus.
